Shipping policy

We appreciate that time is valuable and work to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. 

Samples are sent via Australia Post and do not include tracking unless international.

Please allow for extended processing, shipping and delivery times during sale and other promotional periods.

All orders receive full and accessible tracking information. Please ensure you include your phone number when prompted during the checkout process if you wish to receive update notifications via SMS.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Standard Delivery is complimentary on all orders over AUD$99 delivered within Australia. All orders under AUD$99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of AU$10. For the below delivery schedules to apply, orders must be placed before 12pm on that day to allow for processing times.

Standard Shipping within Australia: 5-7 business days*

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not on the premises to sign and receive your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office or courier depot for collection.

*Delivery times are based on Metro areas, please allow an additional 1-2 days for regional deliveries.

 **Please be aware that Dispatch and Shipping times can be longer over seasonally busy periods, such as Christmas, and delivery times can not be guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are subject to a flat delivery rate of AUD$50.

All international orders are processed within 48 hours, and are sent using DHL courier service. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Our DHL courier network may not service certain isolated countries or regions. Under these conditions, your parcel will be dispatched using Australia Registered International Post.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

In stock cushions are shipped within 2-3 business days.

Our made to order cushions are manufactured Queensland.  Products are subject to availability and delay in delivery are sometimes out of our control. 

Allow for an average delivery time of 4-5 weeks on all made to order products.  If you need a product sooner, contact us direct. Delivery times stated by us are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are subject to a varied delivery rate which is calculated at check out.  

Allow for an average delivery time of 6-8 weeks on all made to order products. Orders are sent using DHL courier service. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

WALLPAPER AND FABRIC

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We strive to process all orders and deliver goods within the times given. Products are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods are sometimes out of our control. Allow for an average delivery time of between 7-21 days.  If you have not received you order withing 30 days, please contact us. Delivery times stated by us are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive.

We recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery as you will need to sign for and receive the delivery. Be sure to check all address details as it is your obligation to enter correctly.  We are not responsible for any delayed, failed or lost deliveries because of a keying error. All product orders are delivered to your door by private courier service and so we are unable to accept a PO BOX address. There is the option of “An authority to leave without signature” upon delivery. Delivery is only within Australia on all wallpaper and fabric.

RUGS AND CARPET

Shipping on all standard sized rugs is a flat rate Australia wide of $180.  We are please to offer international shipping. Please feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any concerns, or require further information. 

 

TITLE & RISK

We remain the owner of the items we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe us. The items are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the country to which they are shipped. These fees are not included in the price of the product(s) and are the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Catherine Martin Designs takes no responsibility, nor has any control over, the rates and processing timeframes of Customs in each country. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt..
